A Survey and Apocalypse on the Flow Condition of the Meteorological Science and Technology Personnel in China:the Empirical Research Based on the 13345 Questionnaires through a Nation

It is a vital target of the strategy of reinvigorating china through human resource development to promote the rapid flows of talents. The rationality of the talents flowing will influence the talents flow efficiency seriously. We use the 13345 samples to analyze the flow condition and flow rule of meteorological science and technology personnel in China. We try to find the major influence factors of the influencing the talent flow in order to make rational flow mechanism and incentive policy.
