Auxiliary Control Chest and Abdominal Puncture

Diseases in thoracic and abdominal organs,such as hepatocellular carcinoma are the most commonly clinical malignancies. Imaging examinations are possible to reveal the lesions but difficult to determine the characteristic of lesions and the operation to be performed. Percutaneous biopsy of liver guided by CT is important to obtain pathologic diagnosis,guide the clinical treatment to be chosen,follow-up and prognostication etc.. Such examination is very important for doctors to obtain differential diagnosis and determine effective treatments to be performed in liver diseases. However,the phenomena of moving organs in the chest cavity and the abdominal cavity,which often caused by respiratory of patients,is a important reason to the failure of inserted needle puncture and is possible to make the pain worse. As point of respiratory of patients,we try to look for some solutions. Respiratory of patients will cause changes in the intra-abdominal pressure. The main idea of this plan is to make a device used a SCM STC89C52 as the core. First,the device gathers signal with a gas pressure sensor MPS2108,which is lied in the patient's cummerbund. Second,the signal will be enlarged with a amplifier LM324. Third,the signal will be converted into digital signal with a analog-to-digital converter ADC0804. Finally,the digital signal will be displayed in digital tube. Record a value which is displayed in the positioning stage as a reference. Later,record another value on the time of puncturing. It is the best to carry out surgery when the two values are equal. The positions of organs in the chest cavity and the abdominal cavity are the same at this time. The device will improve the success rate,reduce the possibility of repeated biopsy puncture and alleviate the suffering of patients.
