The adoption and implementation of the quality perspective of application-oriented undergraduate education

"The participation principle of the principal part","Stage theory on cognitive development" and "Theory on development factors" are significant in adopting and implementing the quality perspective of application-oriented undergraduate education.The values of education,the perspective of talent and the goals of talent training affect the adoption of the quality perspective,as the organic integration of unity and diversity is the fundamental principle of the adoption of the quality perspective.The implementing of the quality perspective is a comprehensive process,which is much more complex than a simple addition or subtraction of some courses,teaching processes or academic hours.The key to successful implementation is the active participation of the principal part.
