Research on Problems and Countermeasures in the Development of Municipal Infrastructure Finance Enterprises———A Case Study on Xi'an Infrastructure Investment Corporation

Although the establishment of municipal infrastructure finance and investment enterprises drives the de-velopment of municipal infrastructure, it still exists many problems, such as the over weight of debt burden and the pressure of business operation, that affect its further development. This paper analyzes the problems infrastructure finance enterprises faced with, and gives some suggestions that can promote these enterprises to develop healthily after a case study on Xi'an Infrastructure Investment Corporation.
