Discussion for Interval Estimate of Building in Ratio of Public Rental Housing in China

Mixed building ratio is the key to prove the success of public rental housing construction,which is affected by such factors as the location,the total investment from the developers,and the preferential policies and incentives from the government.Based on the analysis of all these factors,this paper aims to set up a model to calculate the ratio value of public rental housing to the commercial housing in the hope of providing recommendations to the government and the enterprises.
