Case study on the printing and dyeing wastewater treatment plant in Taihu Lake basin

The project of the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater in Taihu Lake basin employed the combined process of conditioning-primary settling-baffle hydrolysis acidification-A/O(PACT)-high efficient clarification-filtration.The results showed: under the conditions of the influent CODCr 542 mg/L,TN 35.4 mg/L,NH3—N 30.6 mg/L,TP 3.2 mg/L,colority 256,the effluent would reach CODCr 49.3 mg/L,TN 7.6 mg/L,NH3—N 3.3 mg/L,TP 0.25 mg/L,colority 22.The effluent could meet the discharge standards of "Discharge standard of main water pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant key industries of Taihu Lake area"(DB 32/1072-2007).
