Procedure and Development of Construction-Agent System in China

ZHU Ying-zeng(Wuxi New District Economic Development Group General Corporation,Wuxi 214028,Jiangsu,China)  
Construction-agent system can realize the separation of investment,construction,management and use by special management of project management company.This paper analyses the procedure of construction-agent system which is suitable to the situation of our country,and points out that the project management company should organization actualizing and take full charge of the project for investors.And energetically advance of the development of construction-agent system will effectively promote the project management level in general and enhance the international competence of construction industry in china.
