The evaluation of city road net transportation jam according to the fuzzy mathematics theory

The paper divides city road net transportation blocks up degree five grades,block up,jam,more jam,more unimpeded and unimpeded,from cross blocking up and the road jam aspects using level of structure analysis sets up second class adjudicate index sign system and homologous faintnesses synthesize to adjudicate mode of network transportation jam,to provide a kind of valid quantitative analysis method of the city transportation network jam.
