Finite element analysis on the steel structure of setting steel dampers

LI Jiang-gang  
Adopting ABAQUS finite element software,it carries on finite element analysis of steel structure of setting steel dampers under the seismic dynamic load,and obtains that the damper can provide add-on the lateral force resisting rigidity and additional damping,dissipate seismic energy input,protect main structure,and has obvious seismic resistance effect.
