Psychological Characteristics and Nursing Progress of Interventional Treatment in Terms of Acute Myocardial Infarction

Acute myocardial infarction(AMI),with sudden attack,serious condition and high mortality rate as the main syndrome,poses great threat to patients' life quality.With the application of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) to AMI,patients have got access to the advanced therapy,while the psychology of patients is not supposed to be ignored.Therefore,the paper,starting with psychological characteristics of the patients treated with PCI,focuses on summarizing the nursing progress.It is proposed that the awareness of caring the patients' psychological conditions among doctors and nurses should be heightened,and effective measures of psychological nursing should be geared to patients,giving them encouragement and support.Once patients get better control of their moods and improve their mentality,complications may be reduced and the patients can recover more quickly.
