Study on Lonicera macranthoides Hand-Mazz Anti-infl ammatory Activity Based on Infl ammatory Cell Model

Objective To study the anti-inflammatory activity of different polar sites of Lonicera macranthoides Hand-Mazz. Methods Systematic solvent method is used to obtain Lonicera macranthoides HandMazz 5 polar extracts of petroleum ether, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, Water saturated butyl alcohol, water. The RAW264.7 inflammatory model cell was established by LPS. The inflammatory cytokine NO expression were studied on each polar extracts by this model. Chlorogenic acid content of each polar extracts was determined by Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition. Results With the increase of the sample concentration,the antiinfl ammatory activity also increases. At the same concentration, fi ve samples anti-infl ammatory activity increases gradually with the decrease of polarity. As the gradual decrease of chlorogenic acid content, anti-infl ammatory activity gradually increases. Conclusion Lonicera macranthoides Hand-Mazz each polarity extraction part can signifi cantly inhibit the expression of infl ammatory cell model of NO.
