The Value of Blood Routine Combined with CRP in Diagnosis of Infantile Bacterial and Virus Infection

Objective To analyze the value of blood routine combined with CRP in diagnosis of infantile bacterial and virus infection. Methods 150 children with infectious diseases in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the research subjects. Patients were divided into experimental group and the control group according to the different clinical diagnosis, 75 cases in each group. The children in the experimental group were bacterial infection, and the children in the control group were virus infection. Blood routine and CRP test for all children, and blood routine combined with CRP test for children in experimental group. Then the blood routine detection of leukocyte count(WBC), CPR concentration and the positive rate of children were compared between the two groups. Results The WBC count and the concentration of CRP in the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P0.05). The positive rate of combined detection was significantly higher than that of single WBC and CRP, and differences are statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Blood routine examination combined with CRP detection method can confirm the infection type of children, and the sensitivity of combined detection is higher than that of individual detection. It has higher clinical application value.
