The Monitor Long-distance Equipment System Based on Two-level Network

The paper studied long-distance monitor system based on two-level networks for experiment equipment in the laboratory. The industry Ethernet is used for the upper floor, monitoring the industry locale equipment status through industrial configuration software WinCC. The under layer is adopted the Profibus-DP network., PLC master or slave made use of the Profibus-DP communication to control locale equipment and obtain status information of the locale equipment real time. First, the paper analyzed constitutes of the experiment equipment and work principle, then introduced the communication process of WinCC and PLC, and the process of software configuration to complete the up machine monitor. Based on analyzed communication principle of the system gave a program for down machine to achieving control locale equipment and data acquirement.
