PRIMARY STUDY ON THE BIONOMICS OF DASTARCUS HELOPHOROIDES (FAIRMAIRE)

Dastarcus helophoroides (Fairmaire, 1881) is the important natural enemy of the pine longhorn beetle Monochamus alternatus Hope. This paper gives a brief report on the morphology, biology and ecology of the natural enemy, and give some advice about its conservation and application.
