SOIL GEOCHEMICAL EXPLORATION AND ITS EFFECT IN DONGWUQI,NEIMONGOLIA

XIA Guang-qing(First Geological Exploration Institute,China General Bureau of Metallurgical Exploration and Engineering,Yanjiao,Sanhexian,Hebei 065201)  
A great deal of geochemical anomaly areas(or zones) and prospecting target areas have been found by geochemical soil survey in Dongwuqi,most of which are related to polymetallic ore deposit with great prospecting potential.For example,geological prospecting is being carried out for anomaly zones CH1#,CH2#,CH3#,CH4# in Aerhada.In both #Ⅱ-1 prospecting target of Dasaituo and #Ⅰ-1 target of Huanaote,test drillings have encountered industrious orebodies.in #Ⅱanomaly area of Haertegai,the anomaly is proved to be caused by ores for infill measurement on soil geochemical profile and is of great potential for further prospecting.
