Development of Type HSD-T-1 Antichlor with High Chlorine Capacity

An analysis is made of the principle and absorption model of the dechlorination reaction, and the Type HSD-T-1 antichlor is then developed. The antichlor is in the form of bars (4×5~10), reddish, with a bulk density of 0.7~0.8 kg/L, a lateral pressure resistance of ≥65 N/cm, a specific surface of 35~45 m 2/g, and a pore volume of 0.3~0.4 mL/g. Laboratory and scale-up tests prove that the antichlor has a good dechlorination effect and is able to meet the production requirements. It is suitable for the final removal of chlorine from the feed gas and feed oil, its degree of purification can be ≤0.1×10 -6 , it is high in chlorine capacity, and its working temperature is room temperature to 350 ℃.
