Application of CSMP Personality Test Systems in Marketing Planning Teaching

Marketing planning courses mostly in the form of the main theories to explain, although the course lectures classic case of marketing planning interspersed them, but for relatively low scores of college admission students, always seemed empty, from the environment than the actual marketing plan far, the general lack of goals and motivation courses. In this paper,by introducing common nowadays major companies CSMP personality test systems to marketing planning curriculum as a pilot for curriculum reform discussion at the same time stimulate students' interest in learning, and need for docking with corporate marketing professionals.
