Measure of Individual Tacit Knowledge and its Application in R & D Team

LI Yongzhou,PENG Jing(Management College of Wuhan Technology University,Wuhan 430080,China)  
The study,based on the research of the tacit knowledge at home and abroad,elaborates individual tacit knowledge characteristics and their behavioral feature,designs individual tacit knowledge evaluation index system in R D team,and then selects appropriate appraisal methods measured and applied in these index by comparison of behavioral characteristics among different index.Its measurement can provide decision-making basis for further developing,improving the level of tacit knowledge and building on "tacit knowledge contribution allocation" model.
