Research on the Early Warning Mechanism of Talent Drain in High- tech Enterprises

Taking the logic thinking of risk information collection—risk early warning index base construction—risk assessment—early warning issued,this paper expounds the risk early warning model of talents drain in high- tech enterprises.Based on the identification of talent drain risk,from three aspects of individual,organization,and environment,this paper establishes the risk early warning index system of talents drain in high- tech enterprise,and uses AHP method and the entropy weight method to evaluate the risk index. Finally,according to the principle of BP neural network,this paper determines the risk early warning model of high- tech enterprise talents drain,designs steps to build the early warning model,and the risk level and the critical value are designed and defined.
