Study on the Establishment of Researching University and Coordination of Its Inside Academic Constitution

The establishment of researching university and construction of its internal academic constitution is a coooperative process. The development of internal academic structure in university is studied in detail, and it is considered in several periods, basis framework period,initial development period, rapid development highly differentiation period. The common features of each periods of development of internal academic constitution in university are concluded. Through analysis on cases of development of internal academic constitution in university in Tsinghua University, Beijing University, Nanjing University, China University of Political Science and Law and Huazhong Agricultural University, such common features are confirmed and compared with each other. The fundamental proposals of innovation of internal academic constitution in researching universities are given based on such analyses and studies.
