Research of Fit between HRM and Corporate Strategy

The research of fit between corporate strategy and human resource management is the key point of the business success.It has become the core of SHRM research.According to the review of the research of fit between strategy and HRM,this paper summarized the classification of fit and made a detailed analysis of the horizontal and vertical fit by reviewing the research.It includes the horizontal fit in the internal HRM system and HRM system with each strategic supporting systems;the vertical fit between HRM and environment,strategic decision.Finally,in terms of model based on the analysis to illustrate the relationship of fit in different level.
