Study on Integration of Lean and Convenience Service Based on Value Innovation

The value innovation has opened up a new blue ocean for our enterprise to realize sustainable development in the development of strategic opportunities.Study on lean service and convenient service based on the perspective of value innovation,the paper designs integration way,puts forward four strategic choice of service integration,also measures and evaluates strategic elements with the help of ANP and SD software.The results show that providing personalized service for the customer is the primary task of value innovation strategy,and furthermore validates that customer buying behavior is determined by customer value.
