Research on Human Resource Dynamic Configuration of Science and Technology Innovation Projects based on Grid Service

Innovation is an important way to implement the eighteen's strategy of innovation-driven development and to build an innovation-oriented country.The human resources configuration efficiency of science and technology innovation projects is closely related to the performance.Based on grid service,this paper designs the framework for human resources dynamic configuration of collaborative innovation projects from the perspective of role,knowledge reuse and performance evaluation.To improve the collaborative innovation projects,it put forward such suggestions as knowledge-sharing platform construction,flow of knowledge-based talent promotion mechanisms,trust and the distribution of benefits of innovation between the interests of the project stakeholders,which can provide reference to regional projects knowledge-based human resources configuration.
