On Talents-cultivating by Culture in Classroom Teaching

There is a dynamic correlation between cultural process and individual development process.The significance of culture for individual development lies in talents-cultivating by culture.In other words,it guides the individual to obtain the identity of human and national culture,develops the individual's cultural accomplishment,establishes the individual's cultural confidence and realizes the individual's cultural essence.The cultural attribute of knowledge and the cultural character of teaching determine that classroom teaching is the fundamental way of talents-cultivating by culture.Talentscultivating by culture in classroom teaching is essentially a process of knowledge learning and a special cultural practice process for students.Its basic ways are cultural understanding and identification,cultural reflection and criticism,cultural awakening and self-confidence.The fundamental strategies of talents-cultivating by culture in classroom teaching include exploring the cultural elements of curriculum knowledge and enhancing the cultural sensitivity of classroom teaching,promoting the studentknowledge contact and guiding culture responsive learning,focusing on students' cultural accomplishment and enriching students' classroom cultural practice.
