Venture Capital System of High-tech Industrialization in China

Knowledge economy is based on high-tech industrialization, but venture capital is the incubator and introspector of developing high-tech industrialization.Thereare not high-tech Industrialization and Knowledge economy also if there is not venture capital. By over ten years development, the effect of venture capital in promoting high-tech industrialization is dissatisfying. This paper analyses the development problem of venture capital in China and puts on some countermeasures for establishing and perfecting the venture capital system of high-tech industrialization in China.
