The Study of Acid Rain Distribution of Zhejiang Province Based on GIS

With the development of industry, automobiles and factories emit more and more substances containing sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide into the environment, resulting in more and more serious impacts of acid rain upon environment and human beings. Based on the monitoring data of acid rains, this paper discusses the distribution of acid rains in Zhejiang province with the methods of spatial analysis of GIS in spatial interpolation and spatial statistics by simulating the pH distribution of acid rains in the province, advancing the study of acid rain distribution from its characteristics to its volumes and locations, thus providing some scientific evidence for environmental administration and decision making.
