Optimization of Extraction Process of Polysacccharides in Mushroom

The influence of extraction temperature,time and liquid: material ratio on the yield of polysaccharides from mushroom studied through an orthogonal experiment.The results showed the optimum conditions for the extraction process as follows:temperature 100℃,time 6h and liquid: material ratio 1∶20.The highest extraction ratio 5.961%.
