A Gas Data Balance and Authorization Method Based on Data Reconciliation and Its Industrial Application

Gas measurement data in iron and steel corporations are the foundation of economic accounting of enterprises.Due to the constraint of measuring equipment and environment,gas flow measurement data contains comparatively large error,which causes imbalance between gas production and consumption amount.A new gas data balance and authoriza-tion method based on data reconciliation is proposed in this paper.An objective function is built to minimized deviation between gas flow measured values and reconciled values.Then a data reconciliation model is established to correct the gas measurement data.An automatic gas data balance and authorization method is presented to overcome the deficiency of manual method and can balance amount of gas production and consumption.The method is applied to the iron and steel enterprises energy management system.This method can solve the problem of inaccurate gas measurement and in-crease the automation level of gas balance attestation.
