Constant Temperature Control of Biochemical Analyzer Based on Mixed Leapfrog PID Optimization Algorithm

Biochemical analyzer is a professional instrument in detecting several biochemical indexes of body fluid in clinic, with light, electricity and machines for detection. It has an extremely high standard of its constant temperature control, but general PID control is only a simple reproduction of the function of PID controller, which cannot produce the effect the biochemical analyzer requires. In view of this problem, this paper proposes a PID algorithm optimized by mixed leapfrog for the constant temperature control of biochemical analyzer, simulates the foraging of frog population that transfer the thought through population classification and combine the locally mutual transfer and global information exchange through local search, and thus finally realizes the thought exchange with mixed strategy.Simulation tests show that compared with traditional PID algorithms, our proposed algorithm based on mixed leapfrog has a great improvement in stability, self-adaption and anti-interference.
