The Inspiration of Positive Psychology to the Cultivation of "Post-90s" College Student Cadres

Positive psychology is a new psychological trend of thought, which is important to cultivating college student cadres. College teachers should apply positive psychology to manage post 90s college student cadres, guide them to form positive cognitive style and experience positive feelings, then form positive personality and meanwhile, create positive work environment, encourage them to put positive behaviors into practice, arouse their enthusiasm of working, finally build an energetic and efficient group of student cadres.
