The Thinking on the Synergistic Effect of "Teacher-Leading and Student-Centered" in Higher Education

With the deepening of higher education reform, the role of the teacher should be transformed from an instructor in traditional education model to an inductor, inspirer, encourager and a support under the new education model. The teacher should show the way to students instead bring them to the end. Increasingly exploration time and space should be provided to students to strengthen their interesting and motivation and finally promote their all-around development. By the help of the synergistic effect of "Teacher-Leading and Student-Centered", we can make substantially change of the college class. Instead of "teaching" to "learning", we can change the place of teaching to the place of learning.
