Summary of Wavelet Theory

Wavelet transform is a rapidly developing new areas in the applied mathematics and engineering disciplines currently.Wavelet transform has a good localized nature in the time domain and frequency domain,so it has a profound theory and a wide range of application.Firstly,the basic concepts of wavelet function is introduced,and the characteristics of wavelet transform is discussed.Secondly,the applications of the wavelet transform is summarized in all directions.Finally,the applications of wavelet transform are prospected.
