Study on management strategies for inbound packaging of after-sale auto parts

This article classifies the packaging management of after-sale auto parts by dividing the inbound packaging management into three parts: inbound packaging, distribution centre repacking work and outbound packaging. The features and difficulties of the inbound packaging and the corresponding management strategy for the business model are also expounded in this article.
