Reflectivity Model of Ground/Sea Clutter

Peng Shirui Tang Ziyue (Department of Microwave Engineering, AFRA, Wuhan 430019)  
This paper studies the reflectivity model, the amplitude fluctuation and Doppler spectrum distribution of the echo of ground/sea surface. Simulation result is given based on the theoretical model.
