The Rent─Seeking Theory and the Establishment of Mafket─Economysy System in China

He Wei(Department of Management Engineering, Kunming Institute of technology,Kunming 650093)  
Based on the″Economic Men″hypothesis,the auther introduces the main ideas of the Rent─Seeking theory,points out the sources of rent seeking activities and their negative effects on economy.By taking into consideration China's economic realities,the auther proceeds to suggest the way to dealwith rent─seeking activities,for successful reform.
