A Study on Making Nano Titania by Direct Precipitation

Nano titania is made from raw material TiO(OH)_2 by direct precipitation under appending with special dispersant.Experiment results show that the quantum of dispersants,the consistency of(TiOSO_4) solution and the calcinations temperature have an important effect on physical and chemical performances of the obtained powders.TiO(OH)_2 (d=40nm) is made when the consistency of TiOSO_4 solution is 0.4 mol/L;the optimal quantum of dispersants is 5‰ of the quality of TiOSO_4;TiO_2 is transferred to rutile at 850℃.In addition,this experiment defines some parameters in the preparation of(TiOSO_4) solution.
