Three-Dimensional Finite Element Analysis of Stress Distribution in Implant-Tooth Supported Linked CrownⅠ.Stress of The Bone Interface of Implant and Tooth under Concentrated Axial Loading

Objective:The present study was to investigate the stress distribution of bone interface in implant-tooth-supported linked crown under concentrated axial loading. Method: 3-D finite element modeling was computed and analyzed. Result:Stress concentration was markedly found on the neck and apex of bone-implant and bone-tooth interface;The stress distribution of implant was uniform when implant linked stable tooth. Conclusion:The implant and a natural tooth could undertake loading together;Implant didn't overbeared under concentrated axial loading on tooth;The restoration could associated with healthy natural teeth.
