Three-Dimensional Finite Element Analysis of Stress Distribution in Implant-Tooth-Supported Linked CrownⅡ.Stress of the Interface of Implant and Tooth under Concentrated Horizontal Loading

Objective:The present study was to investigate the stress distribution of bone interface in implant_tooth_supported linked crown under concentrated horizontal loading.Method:Stress distribution were studied with three_dimensional finite element analysis.Results:The stress concentration was markedly found on the neck of bone_implant and bone_tooth interface;The stress distribution of implant was uniform when implant linked stable tooth.Conclusions:The lateral force had markedly effect on the implant than the tooth.It was harm to the integration of implant,so the type of restoration should be used to decrease lateral force that implant beared.
