Research status and development of application of machine vision technology in coal washery

To realize the intelligent control in the coal washery, applying the machine vision technology to actual production in the coal washery has become an important direction of technical innovation and transformation of the coal washery. The paper narrated the application status of the machine vision technology in the coal washery and its research tendency, and described its remarkable advantages. In addition, it also concluded the application and research achievements of the machine vision technology over recent years, and pointed out the existing problems, faced difficulties and development tendency during application of the machine vision technology in the coal washery.
