Gas emission prediction in Xifengjie Coal Mine 3~# seam based on different-source prediction

As one index to measure the coal mine safety state, gas emission parameter is one important subject to solve for the new mine. The paper determinated the gas content of 3# coal seam with the help of desorption index of drill method and analyzed the gas content distribution of 3# coal seam. Then it got the relationship between gas content and buried depth of 3# coal seam and the gas content growth gradient was 6.44 m3/t for each 100 m. At last, the paper forcasted the gas emission of Xifengjie coalmine 3# coal seam upper layeredwith different-source prediction also analyzed the influencing factors and sources of gas emission. It has some meaning for mine ventilation and gas drainage designing.
