Inorganic-organic pillared montmorillonite intercalated by aluminium-zinc and alkyl ammonium chloride(HDTMA-Cl) was successfully prepared by ultrasonic technique.We prefabricated the desulfurizer taking inorganic-organic pillared montmorillonite as the loading fundus and zinc,copper and manganese oxide compounds oxide as active components.The desulfurizer was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and BET.We did the desulfuration experiment with natural gas,estimated and discussed the influence of desulfurization precision with different dosages of loading fundus,temperature,intensity of pressure and velocity of air.According to the results of measurement,the optimal conditions are presented as follows: the dosage of loading fundus accounts for 30% of desulfurizer,desulfurization temperature is 250 ℃,the intensity of pressure is 1.0 MPa,and the velocity of air is 1000 h-1.
