The Design and Use of a Small Application for the Evaluation of Antiaircraft Gun of Weather Modification Based on VC

A small application is designed for the evaluation of antiaircraft gun of weather modification which is based on VC++,and after analysised the influence of different working conditions the information of affected area by seeding agent and contrasting area of the same saze were entered by interface,and then the writer could get the value statistics of each specified echo parameters of the both area by the small application.In order to satisfied different operation conditions,both area size and position could change by entering by interface,the time period of statistical parameters could be controlled.Applied the small application for the effective evaluation in an artillery hail suppression in Jilin province,and the time period of statistical parameter,determined affected area and contrasting area,and selected statistical parameter types are discussed.The difference of radar echo of affected area or both of affected area and contrasting area before and after the artillery hail suppression indicated that echo in affected area weakened and echo top heights decreased after the operation,that provided more foundation for positive effective evaluation of the the artillery hail suppression.
