Research on the TNT Equivalent and Impact Load in Anti-explosion of Mine Rescue Capsule

In order to study the TNT equivalent and the characteristics of shock wave propagation,which exist in the gas explosion of underworkings with a rescue capsule,as well as determines the impact load on the rescue capsule. The blast wave spreading process was spmutated by using one-point multi-material ALE fluid-structure interaction algorithm of LS-Dyna. When the blast wave propagates from rescue capsule front to back and decays to10% of peak load,which obtaining the TNT equivalent of gas and the actual load curve of capsule structure antiblast analysis. This rusult provides a theory for research of load applied when calculating capsule anti-blast performance and a basis for designing capsule reasonably.
