Discussion of interpretation power of scientific discovery and it's rent seeking problem——a case study of the Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen

Interpretation power of scientific discovery is one kind of discourse power.In the post-academic era,there is the phenomenon of conflict of interest in scientific discovery which lead to rent-seeking chance from the interpretation power of scientific discovery.By analysis the case of Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen,the fight for interpretation power of scientific discovery and the phenomenon of rent-seeking are discovered.The prevention and monitoring mechanisms for the rent-seeking problem of interpretation power of scientific discovery are also discussed.
