Study on Preparation of Nano-size Supported W-Ni Catalysts by Hydrogenation

Nano-size W-Ni catalysts with different F contents have been successfully developed using a new combination method of unsaturated vacuum impregnation,vacuum freeze drying and nano supporting.The results show that the prepared products are nano-size petrochemical catalyst particles which have a high specific surface area(190 m2/g),a good dispersion and a strong quality activity.The hydrogenation denitrification performance of low-F content catalysts are better than that of high-F nano particles.
