On the Performance Management of the Modern Scientific Research Institution

So management of performance is the core function of HRM, its central task is to promote the performance levels of staffs and scientific researchers. By effective performance management,the objectives of science and technology innovation, and ultimate aims of HRM that institution and its members develop commonly and comprehensively Will be achieved.
