Rock Mass Blastability Classification with Fuzzy Diagnosis

Fan Lihua Qu Shijie Shang Liuyong Zheng Xiangbin Zhang Yunguo(School of Civil & Environment Engineering,University of Science and Technology Beijing)  
Based upon comprehensive analyses of influence factor of rock mass blastability, bulk specific gravity of rock, tensile strength, shear strength and rock mass integrity index were taken as criteria of rock mass blastability classification. The rock mass blastability was divided into seven grades to analyze the blastability classification indexes of seven types of rock mass of an iron mine,in which the weighted Hamming distance was applied to determine the blastability grades of the rock masses. And based on this, blasting parameters of different rock masses were determined.
