Study on the Methods to Reduce the Unit Explosive Consumption of Medium-length Hole Blasting

Through the analysis of factors which influence unit explosive consumption,an unit explosive consumption classification method based on weighted clustering analysis is proposed.Then put forward effective measures of increasing the number of free surface,spacing pattern parameter of large hole distance and small resistance line,adjusting explosives structure is put forward to achieve the goal of reducing the unit explosive consumption of medium-length hole blasting.At the same time combining with the scientific research task of mined-out area disposal in Shouyun iron ore,demonstrated effectively the application of effective measures have reduced the unit explosive consumption of medium-length hole blasting.
