Double-factor Variance Analysis on Performance Index of Low Strength Similar Material

In order to investigate the relationship between low strength similar materials' properties and ratio factors,based on the results of similar material ratio tests,the reasonable similar materials ratios about siliceous shale,vanadium shale and carbonaceous shale were determined in Shanghengshan deposit as 8(37),9(64),10(37).The influences of sandblinder ratio and cement-gypsum ratio on performance index of low strength similar material were analyzed intensively by double-factor variance analysis.The results indicated that sand-blinder ratio had highly significant influence on density,uniaxial compressive strength,elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio;cement-plaster ratio had obvious influence on density,elastic modulus,but had little influence on Poisson's ratio.With double-factor variance analysis,the significant factors on mechanical parameters of low strength similar material were confirmed.Therefore,the parameters of similar material could be controlled,so as to avoid inaccurate selection and justice of low strength similar material,as well as to improve the test efficiency.
