STUDY ON THE BIOLEACHING MECHANISM OF THE LOW-GRADE ORE

The categories of the bacteria and its leaching mechanism are key factors for the bioleaching of low-grade ore.The bacteria are divided into three kinds,mesophile,moderate thermophile and thermophile.Provide a foundation for the choice of bacteria.Over the last decades,there has been a debate concerning about the interaction of bacteria and minerals.Three interaction mechanisms are accepted popularly,direct mecha-nism,indirect mechanism,and direct-indirect mechanism.In this paper,the bacteria are divided into two kinds,attached bacteria and bacteria in the bulk solution.Indirect-contact indirect-direct mechanism are pro-posed.The main interactive mechanism are analyzed under several conditions.
